DSC00554StoryForge tromped about a few cons this spring. First, our House on Writer’s Block team joined forces with Making Comics and spoke at Wonder Con. Second, we set up shop at Wyrd Con, which a storytelling conference and an outlet for the LARP (Live Action Role Play) community. Our team connected with True Thomas the Storyteller, Ira Ham the creator of Wyrd Con, and Jim Butcher.

DSC00561My journey to Wyrd Con started with a mass of supplies in my living room—old trunks, woven baskets, paper lanterns—anything to make our table as awesome as possible. To my eternal glee, free bubbles were also included.

DSC00558After a lot of work from our team for the magical and mysterious Dark Menagerie jewelry, the House on Writers Block comic, and the Myth Archive’s Norse Mythology CD, the table was filled with rich content. Though the content was made available specifically for Wyrd Con, don’t worry, you won’t have to miss out. Keep your eyes open for an upcoming online shop!

I am so grateful to work with this team, because they are incredibly creative, generous, and inspiring. As StoryForge grows, we hope to better serve the creative storytellers community.
